1955 is an experience in creativity.  I truly enjoy food in every aspect, it’s an overwhelming feeling one gets when you see  others enjoy what you’ve created.  I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for many years, and have seen quantity push quality aside.  I am determined to demonstrate that you can have both without neglecting one or the other.
