Well, just about everything - from the whole grain bread, to organic vegetables and high quality meats.

We offer catering for corporate events, private parties, and special occasions. Our unique menu varies in style. We offer vegetarian, kosher, traditional American and European foods.

Page 2 Roy Hamilton is a chef and proud owner of 1955 Catering Company. It means, all those years of experience, tons of love to the passion of his life – cooking; will come as a package with every order, to every customer.In the beginning of his career, he had worked in numerous restaurants in US. First as a cook, than a souse chef, and finally executive chef. Roy has also received dietician training, working as a second cook in Southern Maryland Hospital.One day, as a part of a small, dedicated team, he went to spend six months in Ukraine and to open an American restaurant “Uncle Sam.” It turned out to become 10 years and 6 five star restaurants like Uncle Sam, Tequila House, Mimino, Golden Gates, Cactus Club, and Soho Seafood and Steakhouse.After coming back to the USA, Roy Hamilton has been with the Woodside Deli Restaurant for more than 5 years. Here are some of his regular customers, very familiar with his cooking: ACS, Lockheed Martin, Honda Finance, Montgomery County Public Schools, Case Design, JDSU, DRT, DRS, Cantina d’Italia.
